Recipe | Dark Chocolate Nut Butter Cups

Because we all need a little sugar sometimes, these Dark Chocolate Nut Butter Cups are so perfect to satisfy any sweet tooth. My girl, Hannah, made these a while back for a party she hosted, and I knew we had to feature them on the blog. They are truly delicious. Bring them to your holiday parties this year. I bet the plate will be empty by the end of the night!

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Combine nut butter with coconut flour. You may need to add or subtract more flour to absorb the moisture. Heat a medium saucepan over low heat. Add dark chocolate chips and coconut oil and stir until melted. Paint the bottom of a mini cupcake liner with melted chocolate. Scoop a rounded teaspoon of nut butter mixture into the liner and drizzle melted chocolate over the top. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Place finished cups into the freezer for about 15-20 minutes to set. Enjoy!
